Federal lines that apply everywhere: arrears over $2,500 can be certified for passport denial (42 U.S.C. §§654(31), 652(k)); tax-refund offsets reach $150 in assigned (TANF) cases and $500 in non-TANF cases (26 U.S.C. §6402(c); 42 U.S.C. §664); and no court can retroactively erase arrears (Bradley Amendment, 42 U.S.C. §666(a)(9)(C)).
